The HealthTrekker Podcast

HealthTrekker is centered around the idea of doing just a little bit better every day. It came from observing the outcomes for some friends & family that didn’t always go well. So the question that kept coming up was, “What if just 1 small thing went a little bit better, starting a long time ago?” And that’s where the research started. Using an interesting, geeky collection of innovations + hacks from studies, perhaps we can all improve our long-term trajectory. What powers this is that I’m a huge research-geek & detail-nerd who finds the next few innovations in technology & research endlessly fascinating. That’s what HT is dedicated-to. Interesting stuff that is innovative, overlooked, or even a bit like a "Freakonomics"-style take on health. [are Steve & Steve going to sue me for using their word?]
